Our Beginning
- Jason and Diana
- Well, where do we start?! Jason was born in Macomb, Illinois on July 30, 1980 and grew up in Batavia, IL. He moved to Florida in 2000. Diana was born in Juticalpa, Honduras on December 30, 1984. She came to America in 1990 and grew up in Orlando, FL. We both moved to Tampa for different reasons. We met in 2004. Jason was the drummer of the band called No Longer Strangers and Diana was a student at USF. We had mutual friends Matthew and Jennifer Leach, who thought we would hit it off. We officially met at Bell Shoals Baptist in Brandon Florida. Jason was wearing a green shirt with a hole in it and offered to teach Diana drum lessons. After youth group, it was an interesting night at Chili's where Jason wouldn't even sit next to Diana. That night Diana called Jason and the rest is, as they say history... We were engaged July 8, 2006 and were married March 10, 2007. Married life has been so amazing, truly a blessing to the both of us. We enjoy experiencing life together and learn to love eachother more and more everyday! We are bestfriends! Everyday we learn more about God, His Love and His Grace. We are also learning about His purpose for our lives.
